1. Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to Zielle UK (zielle.co.uk). By accessing our storefront or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, governed by the laws of England and Wales. These terms comply fully with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Pricing & Currency
All product prices on zielle.co.uk are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice; however, completed order checkouts will be honored at the price displayed at purchase.
3. UK Shipping & Delivery
Standard UK Delivery takes 3–4 business days with 1–2 days dispatch time. Orders over £50 qualify for FREE UK Standard Shipping. For orders under £50, a standard shipping fee of £4.95 is applied at checkout.
4. 30-Day Cancellation & Returns Policy
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Zielle UK extends this guarantee to a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned unworn, in original condition with tags intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days upon receipt of returned goods.
5. Pay Later Terms (Klarna & Clearpay)
Payment financing options provided by Klarna Bank AB or Clearpay UK are subject to eligibility checks and third-party terms. Missed payments may affect your credit score or ability to use Klarna / Clearpay in the future.
